Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lilia Modest Wear, we aim to provide high-quality pieces and a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the following policy.

 

Returns
We accept returns for items returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging).

  • Return requests: must be made within business days of delivery via email or Instagram
  • Damaged items: must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos via email or Instagram

Canada: Returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

USA & International: All orders are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.

Additional conditions:

  • Only one return/exchange per order
  • Returns are subject to approval after inspection
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Returned items must be shipped within 3 business days and a valid tracking number must be provided.

If we confirm your return request and no response or tracking number is received within 3 business days, the request will be automatically canceled.

Lilia Modest Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.

Damages and issues
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a defective, damaged or the wrong item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us at info@liliamodest.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items are not eligible for return. Final sale items and gift cards are considered non-returnable, and we are unable to issue store credit for these purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as all sales involving these items are final.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be provided after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
